Edible Ethics’ Food Pilgrimage

I have been a little quiet on my blog recently. I don’t really have a suitable excuse for this other than being distracted and extremely excited by the prospect of heading on my new journey to Phu Quoc, Vietnam with Jack (El Nomadic Chef) from Plant Box Solutions.

Now that I am out here in paradise I have vowed to be more active with my blog, particularly in relation to my photography and food exploration. I have so much amazing food to try out here and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

Plus, I will be helping to set up a vegan restaurant on the island, so watch this space…
